Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available for all orders. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the estimated timeframe below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email teamgripnex@gmail.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
